LSU Athletic Training Student of the Month

Congratulations to Payton Kingsley, the Athletic Training Student of the Month for March. Payton is a first year Athletic Training Student working with Gymnastics who has impressed the Athletic Training Staff and GA's with her achievements in both the classroom and clinically. When asked about Payton, Jon Lukas, ATC, Certified Graduate Assistant for LSU Gymnastics said "Payton is the sole Athletic Training Student at Gymnastics this year. She has truly been a valuable resource. Payton's steadfast work ethic and confidence in her Athletic Training abilities have made her a reliable aid in which the gymnasts regularly seek assistance from. She has been instrumental in assisting myself and the Medical Staff with treatments and rehabilitation including Accessory Navicular Injury, Ruptured Patellar Tendon, and Ruptured Achilles Tendon injuries. I have no doubt that Payton's strong didactic and clinical skills will make her an exceptional Athletic Training asset throughout her time in the program, as well as when she leaves here". Congratulations to Payton Kingsley on her accomplishments, as the LSU Athletic Training Staff, GA's, and Students look forward to having her a part of the program in the future.
