The LSU Athletic Training family is very excited to welcome our newest addition to the team: Sports Psychologist Dr. Quinten Lynn. Dr. Lynn is orginially from Reno, Nevada. He earned he undergraduate degree at Utah State and then continued on to Bowling Green State University and BYU to further his education. Before coming to LSU, he worked at Kansas State University as a sports psychologist. Dr. Lynn did not start his career with a focus on sports psychology. During his undergraduate studies, he took a sports psychology class as an elective. The material and his professor sparked his interest in the field. Then while completeing his graduate work, Dr. Lynn learned more about sports psychology and decided direct his career towards sports. Dr. Lynn has enjoyed Baton Rouge thus far and is looking forward to what the future has to bring. Welcome Dr. Lynn!November 12, 2012
